As part of your benefits package, you can access the Kiewit Savings Program, powered by PerkSpot, an employee discount program to help you save money on the things that matter most to you.

Rally Engage Fitness Reimbursements

Kiewit employees (and their covered) spouses can earn up to $25 per month each month they work out at least six times at a geo-located gym. That’s a maximum of $25 per month, up to $300 per year.

  • The rewards can be redeemed in cash deposited directly into a bank account or as gift cards.
  • Employees and their spouses can redeem rewards each month, annually or however often they choose.
  • The Fitness Reimbursement Program is administered through Rally.
